Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Enterprise Sales (Connectivity Consultant) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within the telecom/ISP space.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying enterprise opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and delivering connectivity solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a strong understanding of telecom products (internet, fiber, enterprise connectivity) and the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new enterprise sales opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's enterprise customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend tailored connectivity solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
  • Ensure proper documentation and management of customer data and sales records
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage customer portfolios to maximize retention and upselling opportunities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in telecoms or ISP
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Solid understanding of enterprise connectivity solutions (Fiber, Broadband, Dedicated Internet, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Strong business acumen and market awareness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Experience working with CRM tools is an added advantage
