Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Team Lead to oversee and drive revenue growth within our ISP operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives, ensuring target achievement, strengthening client acquisition efforts, and enforcing structured sales processes in a competitive telecommunications environment.
This role requires strong leadership capability, strategic sales execution, performance monitoring, and customer relationship management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Target Achievement
Drive the team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor sales pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Develop action plans to address performance gaps and accelerate results.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Supervise, mentor, and coach Sales Executives to improve productivity and professionalism.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and field supervision.
Enforce accountability, discipline, and high-performance standards within the team.
Foster a results-oriented and customer-focused sales culture.
3. Sales Strategy Execution
Implement company sales strategies and ensure effective field-level execution.
Identify and target high-value prospects (corporate clients, high-bandwidth users, estates, and enterprise accounts).
Guide the team in strategic prospecting and structured deal closing.
4. Client Relationship & Escalation Management
Support the team in closing key and strategic accounts.
Manage escalations professionally while protecting the companys brand reputation.
Ensure seamless customer experience from prospecting through deployment and activation.
5. Reporting & Performance Analytics
Track daily sales activities including leads, PIF submissions, follow-ups, installations, and revenue generation.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Provide timely, accurate, and structured reports to management.
6. Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SLA standards, pricing guidelines, and approval processes.
Monitor proper documentation, installation follow-through, and billing coordination.
Maintain governance and audit readiness within sales operations.
7. Training & Value Proposition Reinforcement
Continuously train and reinforce the companys core value propositions (e.g., dual-link redundancy, uptime guarantees, proximity to data centers, cost-effectiveness).
Strengthen objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills within the team.
Improve follow-up discipline and client engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years cognate sales experience, preferably within the Telecommunications or ISP industry.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise sales cycles.
Experience managing corporate and high-value accounts.
