Salary Range: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 Monthly (Net)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Management Officer to manage and grow client relationships within our ISP operations.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely service delivery, client satisfaction, revenue growth, and retention. This role requires strong relationship management skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

  • Ensure exceptional client service and consistent engagement.

Service Delivery & Coordination

  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful service delivery.

  • Ensure solutions are delivered in line with client objectives and agreed service levels (SLAs).

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.

Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

  • Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives to increase account revenue.

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Proactively recommend service upgrades and value-added solutions.

Client Retention & Escalation Management

  • Conduct daily proactive routine calls and customer satisfaction surveys.

  • Handle client concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally.

  • Implement retention and win-back strategies where required.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems.

  • Track account performance, renewals, revenue growth, and client feedback.

  • Provide periodic account performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role.

  • Experience within Telecommunications or ISP industry is an added advantage.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering client-focused solutions.

  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
