Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Salary Range: ₦300,000 – ₦500,000 Monthly (Net)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing & Communications Officer to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and demand generation initiatives within the telecommunications/ISP sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that support customer acquisition, retention, and competitive market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Execution

  • Support the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Drive revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

  • Enhance brand positioning within the ISP/telecommunications market.

2. Content Development & Brand Messaging

  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, press releases, and promotional materials.

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.

  • Support corporate communications and public relations initiatives.

3. Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital and offline).

  • Manage paid advertising, social media campaigns, and promotional activities.

  • Support product launches and service marketing initiatives.

4. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and grow the companys social media platforms.

  • Drive engagement, lead generation, and online visibility.

  • Monitor digital trends and competitor activity within the telecom space.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs (CAC, ROI, conversion rates, engagement metrics).

  • Prepare performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.

6. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and telecom trends.

  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic adjustments.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Technical teams to ensure alignment.

  • Support internal communications where required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5–7 years cognate experience in Marketing & Communications.

  • Experience within Telecommunications or ISP industry is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in executing high-impact marketing campaigns.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, WordPress CMS).
