EXECUTIVE VACANCY – CFO

We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and governance across the Group.

Role Overview:

* Oversee budgeting, reporting, cash flow, compliance & risk management

* Drive financial strategy & support Board/Management decisions

* Lead and mentor the finance team

* Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and internal controls

* Monitor financial performance and provide insights to improve profitability

* Manage investor, banking, and stakeholder relationships

* Guide capital investment and cost optimization decisions

* Ensure regulatory compliance and high corporate governance standards

Requirements:

* 15+ years total experience

* At least 5 years as CFO / senior finance leader

* Professional qualification: ICAN / ACCA / CPA

* Strong leadership, integrity & strategic finance skills

* Must be able to resume immediately

Salary & Benefits:
