Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
Salary Range: ₦70,000 – ₦100,000

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, closing sales, and achieving assigned sales targets within designated territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and market outreach.

  • Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activity.

  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in a relevant discipline.

  • 1–2 years of sales experience (FMCG sales experience is an added advantage).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and email communication).

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid setting.
