Salary: ₦100,000 per month

Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting  recruitment and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new client acquisition opportunities.

  • Present recruitment and consulting solutions to prospective clients.

  • Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1–3 years sales or business development experience.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to meet and exceed performance targets.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
